Greenline Properties - Quality rental units on the North East Avalon
Greenline Properties is a locally owned and operated property management company which specializes in the rental of residential properties in and around St. John's, Newfoundland.
We own dozens of properties located in St. John's, Mount Pearl, Conception Bay South, and Paradise. Our homes are primarily two apartment detached homes, with a basement and main floor unit in each. Our units range from 3-10 years old. We offer lawn care services included in your monthly rent and have a professional staff employed to manage and maintain our units promptly and properly.
You will see the difference when you rent from a management company that owns their own units. Prompt and professional maintenance is our priority.
We have several fully accessible apartments, which will be listed on our Properties page if they are immediately available. Please feel free to contact us to determine if we have any upcoming availability which may not yet be listed on this website.
Some of our units were constructed in accordance with a funding program that deems the apartments to be "Affordable Units". In order to qualify to rent one of these units, your household income must be below $40,000 annually. Please feel free to contact us to discuss these units if you have further questions.
